Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coaching Portal ("Portal") provided by your coach. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Portal.

Eligibility

You must be a client of a registered coach to use this Portal. Access is granted by invitation only. By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you have been invited to use the Portal by your coach and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify your coach of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We recommend changing your temporary password as soon as possible after your first login to enhance your account security.

Client Portal Services

The Portal provides you with access to your coaching session materials, including but not limited to:

• Session notes and transcripts
• Key takeaways and action items
• Podcast episodes or audio recordings
• Blog posts and other content created from your sessions

Client Content

The content available in your Portal is based on your coaching sessions and is intended for your personal use only. You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Redistribute or publish Portal content without your coach's permission
• Use the Portal or its content for any commercial purpose without permission
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Portal

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All content in your Portal is confidential and is intended only for you and your coach. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and coaching session content.

AI-Generated Content

Some content in your Portal may be generated using artificial intelligence (AI) based on your coaching sessions. By using our Portal, you understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content is created using advanced technologies and may not perfectly reflect all nuances of your sessions
• Your coach reviews all content before it's made available to you
• AI-generated insights are meant to complement, not replace, the guidance provided by your coach

Intellectual Property

The Portal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by your coach and their service providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your session content and personal information remain your property, though you grant your coach and the Portal service providers the right to use this information to provide and improve the Portal services.

Termination

Your access to the Portal is provided as part of your coaching relationship. Your coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time if:

• Your coaching engagement ends
• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account shows signs of unauthorized access or use

Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your coach and the Portal service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Portal.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
